Warranty Period

Our water heaters come with a one-year warranty from the date of installation. If any issue arises with the water heater during this period due to manufacturing defects, we will replace or repair the unit at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature.


90-Day Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in our skilled installation services. If you face any issues related to the workmanship of the installation within 90 days from the date of service, our team will reinspect and address the issue. Any necessary corrections to ensure the installation meets our stringent standards will be performed at no extra cost to you. This guarantee applies only to issues directly related to our installation work and does not cover other pre-existing problems or conditions.


No Refunds on Installed Products

Once the water heater is installed at your premises, it is considered used, and we cannot offer a refund for any installed water heater. However, as mentioned above, if the product is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, it will be repaired or replaced under the warranty.


Warranty Claims

If you believe your water heater is faulty within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will initiate the warranty claim process and work diligently to get the water heater repaired or replaced within the stipulated warranty period. Please have your purchase receipt and other relevant documentation ready to expedite the process.


No Refunds on Workmanship

If there's an issue with the installation, we commit to addressing and rectifying it in accordance with our 90-day workmanship guarantee. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for the installation service itself.


Payment Platform Requirement

If any part of our policy conflicts with a platform's requirements, we may consider alternative platforms or methods to ensure we continue serving you seamlessly.
